The College clinic provides first aid, treatment of common illness and health screening for students and staff during College hours. A student needing care beyond what the clinic can give is referred to a health facility nearby, and the College keeps contact with those facilities for emergencies.

A student who is struggling — with health, with money, with family matters, or with the pressure of the course — should speak to Student Affairs or to the Chaplaincy. Both treat the conversation in confidence, and neither requires an appointment for something urgent.
New students undergo a medical examination before registration. Immunisation required for clinical placement is notified by the department concerned before the posting begins.
